• Our service is currently available only to users visiting specific stores in selected areas of the UK, but we plan to expand availability to more users across the UK soon.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service or the experience of other users.
• Not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if we believe you have violated these acceptable use rules.

Account registration and user obligations

• You may need to register an account to use certain features of our service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Service use

• Our service uses GoCardless, powered by Open Banking, to detect store visits and send feedback requests.
• By linking your bank account to our service, you authorise us to access transaction data solely for the purpose of detecting store visits.
• We will only request data that is necessary to provide the service, and we will never store your bank login credentials.

Prize draw terms

• To be eligible for a prize draw, you must provide feedback after receiving a request.
• Prize draw winners will be notified using the contact information provided during registration within 1 week of each prize draw.
• Closing dates for specific prize draws will be communicated when users are submitting feedback.
• Users can gain multiple entries into a prize draw by providing feedback on more than one store before the closing date.
• Our decision regarding prize draw winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data use

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) to use the service.

Termination

• You may terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons.

Governing law
